Thinking I never knew wasps like water? Never really had wasps in my garden, there never are many on the island anyway, but now I have two constantly whizzing around my new little pond and waterfall. They seem to really like it.

Hahahaha.. I do like that my entire garden is buzzing with bumble bees and bees, but mostly bumble bees. Love it! But wasps... not too keen on those, even though the ones in this area usually aren't aggressive at all. I think mostly because nature here is still reasonably unspoiled, not a whole lot of bins with sugary waste, like you do get in cities/towns/theme parks etc. I think it's mostly our tasty but oh-so unhealthy sugars that makes them aggressive. |

6'7"? Holy moly! And yeah, they always remain our babies, don't they. I call mine "my boy", yet he's 24, lol. Also taller than me, although not that much taller. Think 6'2" vs my 5'10" |
