I recently saw that 13 people said "yes" to me. When I clicked on it, it said that I must upgrade to view, so I upgraded and the next day I checked and the upgrade says it was successful but again, when I click on "who said yes to me", it is asking me to upgrade again.

Still no change. I upgraded, but still I am being asked to upgrade to view those who want to meet
