Ok, I'm new here. Don't know anyone at all but I saw creative writing and figured I'd post cause I love to write and have been writing since I was very young. This story is one I wrote a few years ago about my ex-girlfriend. Hope it makes everyone smile and hope everyone has a great night.


First Love Story

Hand in hand, Eric and Misty stroll along the edge of the riverbank. They stop to rest on a bench.

"Eric, you know that I love the way you hold me. You always bring me flowers and tell me how much you love me. But its not enough."

"What do you mean?" Eric asks.

"Well", Misty sighs, "I just want to be surprised. I mean... yes you surprise me with flowers, but you ALWAYS surprise me with flowers. I just want you to do something totally different."

Eric puts his arm around Misty. Pulling her close, he kisses her passionately. "Mmmm... that was nice Eric. It really was. But that kiss didn't surprise me. I want to be surprised...really surprised," Misty complains.

"I think I understand," Eric whispers as he wraps both arms around Misty, picks her up, and throws her in the river.
