I have empathy ...sometimes

it's not that I have to right all the time.. just that I am pretty sure most of the time the other person is wrong |

Believe me, you'll know when you've been around one. It's a shame that they always want everyone listening to them only. God forbid if you put yourself first. They will try to overtake conversations. If or more like WHEN they hurt your feelings, it's a constant cycle. Hence why I don't talk to a certain someone anymore.

Women aren't narcissists, men are.
Like men aren't borderliners, women are. An NPD would do great here, as they want attention and thus are great at being social, nice, charming, funny etc. They usually do great with people and groups, as long as they feel comfortable in the setting. That way they feel they have control (over the group, interaction etc.). They're usually good at becoming the nr 1 cool guy real fast. As soon as they feel out of their depth, as in an environment that is really alien to them, or ppl that don't warm to them within a flash, meaning they have no control, they get weird and want to leave (normally they never want to leave and abandon being the centre of everyone's attention). I think they actually get scared then, although they'd never admit it. Also, there's levels of narcissism. Some should be locked up in an asylum as far as I'm concerned. A menace to society, what they do to women who fall victim to them, is unbelievable. Heartbreaking and gut wrenching. Others are okayish. Most got a serious sexual problem. Either they don't want it or they're addicted to it. Overly flirting with every woman is a nice characteristic too. All in all, online sites are great if you want to get hooked on a narcissist ... |

Sorry TMommy. This is meant to be a fun thread. I will bow out because of triggers. I know narcs from 1st hand experience, research and assisting in support groups. I am still battling ptsd from it

For myself the answer is no. I like to read others thoughts on subjects( I mean I already know my opinions) and some threads make me laugh out loud, I think its fun....Side note to Pinkbunny, I think mingle is a better site because of people like you.

Ok Dang while I was pondering you posted which way you were going. A true Narcissist nope I don't think so they wouldn't be able to handle the rejection that happens on the internet unless they were delusional also...
