I am 125 lbs and its hard for me to lose weight .. but really, I need to lose 15lbs as per my doctor..

Well, I am a professional eater so I may weight a bit more then most. Currently I weight 347 lbs. I have won contests, including the Nathan's Coney Island hot dog eating competition and Burger Kings "10 Whoppers in 10 minutes" contest. I know what you mean I am 55 years old 7 years ago I weigh 500 pounds I am now down to 175 I did it all by myself no surgery

Well do you go to gym??? If u go then what you do mostly in the gym?? What is your current diet plan?? Let me know i can help you not in loosing your weight but your body fats

I was 378 lbs, so I got the stomach belt surgery.. it went great but I couldn't stop losing weight. I dropped down to 88 lbs. I now look like a stick figure. a skeleton with skin. I am going back to the hospital to have them move the belt back 2 notches. I suspect they used a cheap belt from Sears.
