I gather that can be a test of your nerves Huh? My Dad was the easy parent now Mom's next candidate that was a real test of my patience. Once she passed he ceased to exist in my world.

I am so happy its friday. Rising up as early as 5am daily. Pray till 5:30 (morning devotion), take my bath, tea for breakfast, drives to the office and gets there @ 7:30 am, attend to people's endless complaints and pains, writing reports and etc etc etc. Coming back @ 1800hrs (6 pm) From monday to friday. I am grateful to God for sound health and the grace to be instrumental in solving humanity's problems in my little corner. Ahhh, Thank God its friday!!!

Weekend for This Gal kinda changed.. However, the Fam stuff is still my highlight.....Painting With A TWist with my daughter tonight, then family wedding tomorrow. For Sunday, I gotta find sumthin else to do after visiting with Dad for about an hour (can't handle much more than that in a weeks' time)

Oh lemon bars sound pretty good too. Weddings can be fun if the people want to play nice. I don't drink so I usually don't do the bachelorette parties but I kind of like and excuse to put on a dress and now I finally found some cute flats it is not so bad.
Hope Dad visit is not to tough. I used to see how hard it was on the patients and families at the nursing home when The Princess was there. Thankfully I could keep Dad at home. I know my Dad would wait by the phone all day for the other siblings to call and nothing. Like a five minute call would have killed them.

Never understood why they didn't ever think to pipe in sea water for toilet flushing...sure, you need a separate sea water pipe but when the alternative is dehydration and death it seems a minor inconvenience.

Yea I have never understood the water or fire control plans here in California. Can't even believe there are fireworks stands on every corner. You rarely see a house with any kind of fireproof roof or any kind of "waste" water system. Now we are pouring water out of the reservoirs to supposedly abide Federal laws to save the Salmon. Helly belly safe the people. You can "farm" the salmon.
