hmm. honestly, I don't know. I like what I do so I'd want to still work where I currently do.
I have ideas of helping others and setting up a group to share in that. I might look into writing a book I have ideas for. I would fix up the house.its a good place to be. and maybe buy a rental property. I would be a professional student. maybe get my masters. I don't know. I'm blessed to say I'm pretty happy with my life as it is |

Really though I'd give it away to kids charities and hospices for the terminally ill, as what could I spend 5 billion on? Keep a very small percentage for myself and my family and help people with the biggest whack of it!

Absolutely nothing. I thrive socially. Money will always be at the very bottom of my list. It's only important to me, when it involves bills, rent, food. Don't get me wrong, I buy myself the odd treat, every now and then, but friends and family are what keep me going.

I could form my own government. If I had my own, I'd not be doing nonsense things, like spending millions on new job buildings that might never even have anyone working in them. How silly to build all of these new places, just because these governments EXPECT the public to be interested. Well, I'm afraid buying into the future just like that, on a whim, isn't exactly wise. Just like their new tactic of forcing mentally ill people, into rented accommodation. Oh and I'd own a helpline for suicidal people. One that actually helps them, instead of the usual silly advice, when they tell you to go watch TV.

If you win five billion bucks what change will it bring in your life style? ![]() Well after Uncle Sam ripped me off for about 40% of the winnings. I would deposit $1 Billion into a interest bearing trust fund for any relative ( or future relative) within the family blood line to attend college or vocational school .. as long as they maintained a decent grade point average. and for as long as the money lasted. I would give my siblings each a amount to make their lives easier and then would move to a part of the world where I could enjoy my life. |

![]() Everybody lies about all the humanitarian things they'd do! In fact, they will squander the money, fail to pay taxes, and wind up in more dire financial circumstances than if they had not won! Yeah, you got that right on both counts... Everyone thinks/pretends to be humanitarian, yet when they get that kind of money, greed tends to set in. And indeed most ppl that win large amounts, end up in deep poopoos financially |

Five million isn't all that much anymore these days .... Prolly would have to be frugal if you want to be able to live off your money ...
Tax takes off a large chunk, and if you don't invest, you will keep paying lots and lots of tax each year. Taxes are steep here, that's why most ppl with money leave the country. ![]() I'd first put enough away for my retirement, invest it till I'm 'that' age, so I don't pay tax over it. I think I'd buy this house, good investment, as I can buy it for a real good price. Then have my son and his girl move in to look after it, because ... I'd be off, traveling around the world. Not sure when or if I'd come back ... |
