When I type a message and press send, my message is being posted twice. Any suggestions for correcting this issue?

Welcome, servicedogsavvy. Does this happen when you use the full site or mobile one? In either case, you might want to try emptying your browser's cache. Of course, if the site becomes sluggish (which does happen on occasion), then the origin of the problem could be on our end.
