I love the Outlander series.. I have all the books even the others of John Grey... Count down is right... I was reading the books, but got stuck somewhere during the 2nd. Lost interest. Too much politics in Paris/France. It wasn't really focusing on Jamie and Claire anymore and this special vibe between them, that made the 1st book so incredibly good, seemed to have gone. Seeing Jamie change so much, from a rugged young Scotsman into a more sophisticated man... I was disappointed. It is worth struggling through... They're some of the best books I have read. So,the series are actually a surprise for you then. Maybe that would better. |

I think I started the 3rd one, but couldn't get through it. Maybe the series will make me want to read the rest... got them on my PC (Ebooks). Just watched episode 9 and loved it! The short intimate scene in it was better than the entire 50 Shades movie, lol. |

Can't wait to see the next Outlander episode!!
And glad they wrapped the last one up the way they did and not leave us hanging with Claire still in the stone circle. I knew what would happen from reading the books, but still.. And really not looking forward to watching Jamie's next encounter with Jack A-hole ... |

I'm not liking these new episodes of Outlander...I know they can't just follow the book, but in some way, they need to continue to retain the humour and also the dialogue that jamie has, in conjunction with life, love, family etc...So much missing from it right now, and new things added that kind of spoil it...
After watching the last episode on Sunday and seeing Tobias pull that thing out and beat that flaccid thing, well hell, that was pretty unexpected... As for Vikings, well no complaints there and they aren't using sex scenes to draw in the crowd, and it really works...Just looking at Rollo bare chested is perfect..lol.. |
