The world should be so lucky. I don't believe that anymore lol with leaders because you never know who comes in to take their place ... could be worst ... I believe we have found that out already ... |

 I remember well how much this was stated for years about Ford and then Jimmy Carter and then Richard Nixon until he died and then Clinton's cigar stunt in the closet sort-of-kicked Nixon off that top spot!
