Does this woman look like she’s in her
ninth month of pregnancy?
Model Sarah Stage — and her supremely
toned tummy — set off a social media
firestorm this week when the 30-year-old
mom-to-be took to Instagram to flaunt the
tiniest of baby bumps, hidden behind a
tight six-pack.
Stage is eight-and-a-half months pregnant
and her fetus is currently clocking in at
merely 5 pounds, according to her latest
posts.
Her fans are divided on whether she looks
amazing or sickly.
“Hope I look like this when im 8 months
pregnant,” commented aimeearnoldx.
But others were less positive.
“U should go to the doctor,” posted
mimi_bxtes.
Another commenter, lindygalvan, added,
“This is f---ing weird!!!! Where the hell is
the baby?”
Oh, the baby’s in there. But is he healthy?
That’s simply not clear. A 5-foot-9, 114-
pound woman like Stage should gain 28 to
40 pounds while pregnant, but many
factors can influence how a woman looks
while pregnant, says Dr. Geeta Sharma, an
ob-gyn at New York Presbyterian/Weill
Cornell.

She appears healthy, happy and she models for a living.
What is the question?

No question.....just an interesting story. Mainly the social media aspect. Sounds like some followers are jelly, and I dont mean in their belly.

The proof will be in the pudding! As long as baby is healthy I don't see a problem. Time will tell. I wonder if she'll go for natural childbirth. She should be able to pop baby out in no time with all those muscles

And ^^^ there is the answer.

I have no idea if she is healthy or not and I am happy for her that she gave birth to a healthy child.

But.. in my opinion these models "in general" do not reflect what a real woman looks like.. they are way too thin.. Which I do not feel is healthy.. or sexy... or a true " snap shot" of the western woman

I don't know about other guys.. but I don't like to feel bone when I am expecting padding ;)

It all comes down t personal preference.. and what Madison Ave decides what is in fashion.. to include the size of the models walking the run ways'' I saw a photo shoot of these models held under the Brooklyn bridge 2 years ago.. And I am telling you these were the skinniest woman I have ever saw in my life.. faces.. no doubt.. beautiful.. bodies... like anorexic people.. Not sexy..the clothing actually hung on them.

My initial reaction was these where not healthy people.. but people forced into this perverse style of what a boardroom under the direction of some fashion designer has decided a woman should look like

And BTW the production co. had a full catering station set up.. food galore.. yet void of and models grabbing a bite to each

women who are prego should gain between 25- 30 lbs. This helps ensure that the baby matures properly and is not born as a preeme.
Since she is young and healthy, she will lose the weight very quickly.
