I have just found out that I am gay and Im married with 4 children

how did you 'find out' you are gay,,,,?


is it possible you are BISEXUAL , since you have a wife and kids,, ?

Id share my feelings with my spouse, gender doesn't matter in that respect,,,,

I don't see the point in 'coming out' as it were, but sharing it with those whom it may have an impact upon, like a spouse, seems the honorable thing if you plan to act on your 'other' feelings,,,,

and the two of you as adults can figure it out from there,,,hopefully the lines of communication are well enough that you can discuss this just the same way you discuss any other important issue ,,,

go to her, instead of us,,

just my opinion though

so you just woke up one morning and thought to yourself..hmm
