I agree, but not with the shotgun, cos you get 5 years jail for having one of these in the UK! ha ha. Don't know why an ex should show up at my door anyway? They had their chance and f****d it up! Better to go forwards, than backwards I say!

On a serious note though,I honestly wouldn't want any ties whatsoever if the break up was not my fault,but it would be hard to not help a human being in that position who's not a total stranger!!

Why would some people want to be harsh to their exes? They brought you happiness at some point but s h i t happens its part of life....its best to forgive & move on without any hatred for anyone

For the simple reason, that my oldest sons mum preferred drugs and her new boyfriend at the time and my boy was surplus to requirements. So he came and stayed with me and I brought him up Romeo. She was nowhere to be seen during that time and didn't even come for the birth of her grandson either! So as far as I'm concerned, if she was in trouble, that's not my problem. She can deal with it!

Well.. he told me a few times I should FO and sleep & live in my car. So I'd tell him to do the same thing. He's got a daughter. He can go there.

I don't hate him, I can even have a good laugh with him when I see him (rehearsals with the band). But if he's in my vicinity for more than an hour, he starts to really get on my t**s..

I can't forgive and move on cause that bridge was burned down along with the house and the love and that part of my life. XD

Ex Lover that I was with 15 over years does it to me quite often...her kids & grands are still in Orlando and though we have not touched in over 10 years, she is welcomed to stay anytime she is in town whether I am home or not. Several of my old loves are still friends....only!! Sent one of my first loves camping supplies and generators a few years back when the hurricane leveled her and her husbands home. X's do not have to be evil people.....sometime you just drift apart!

BUT THEN I HAVE NEVER MARRIED!!!
