Some people look good in their glasses(Pinkbunny, RCB) but it has no bearing on me either way.

My eyes are shite, the optician told me I was a danger to myself lmao. He made me get some glasses but I won't wear them and I never will,I think they look horrible on me. However on other people I think they look good and it wouldn't bother me if the man I eventually meet wears them.

I am a specky too. I had good eyesight when I was young, but working with computers and especially laptops/notebooks made my eyesight bad. However, I only need my glasses for driving and when I am out, and for working. I prefer not to wear them but my optician didn't recommend contact lenses as the power was too low, so I have been stuck with my glasses since. No problem if others wear glasses.....some look dignified, smart and beautiful with them. Some people actually look better with glasses.

Glasses signify weakness in the eyes, therefore they are considered undesirable. Myopia is also passed down to the child and is considered an undesirable genetic trait when seeking a partner. That's an individual thing,and did you know it's actually a "sexual fantasy"for many?? I think IamwhoIam raised a good point. Not individual, such things are primal instincts. Like men usually going for bigger boobs as that has to do with fertility as well. Can't remember the ins and outs of it, but most of this attraction stuff is based on instinctively seeking out the right partner to create healthy offspring with. Never thought about myopia, but makes a lot of sense.

Genetically, myopia is undesirable. Survival of the fittest. Pancho, you wear glasses? I can't decide who's hotter, you or Bubbles. I need some work, before I can compete with Bubs. Yes, I am bespeckled. Can't hear a thing without them. Haha, remember that ... I always felt I couldn't hear as well when I couldn't see properly. Apparently seeing someone's face and lips when they speak is part of hearing?

Rejecting a person because that person wears glasses? Not even Shallow Hal is that bad. No one's perfect, lol. And indeed didn't say I would reject them... I was open about how I myself felt as a teen and young adult, and having to wear glasses was not something that made me feel good. So yeah, I would feel less attractive with glasses. Doesn't mean others have to feel that way, so don't let my story bother you!

Lol i remember once oooooh god I'm so stupid....this guy he reached and tried to take my glasses off my face because he was going to kiss me and I got mad cause I thought he was just trying to take my glasses. When he told me what he was doing i said OHHH and puckered up waiting for my kiss.....but too late killed it for him!

I drive by sense of smell. You'd be surprised, well, shocked, to learn just how many ppl do drive like that... Often older ppl, too proud to wear their glasses. I found out when I was working for an ophthalmologist.
