I think I'm experiencing one of them rare moments in life where I feel sorry for myself. Don't know whether to laugh about it or cry. Angry with my physiotherapist for scr*wing up my neck even more. Couldn't sleep last night cos I was in pain and that made me even more PO with her. Think I'm gonna file a complaint. I don't want to let it bother me, but it does bother me just the same

I think I'm experiencing one of them rare moments in life where I feel sorry for myself. Don't know whether to laugh about it or cry. Angry with my physiotherapist for scr*wing up my neck even more. Couldn't sleep last night cos I was in pain and that made me even more PO with her. Think I'm gonna file a complaint. Feeling a tad better now that my painkiller has kicked in. Just that normally I hardly ever have to take them... Oh well.. Think I'm going into town for a bit :) Focus on other things, be around ppl. Weather is nice. Plus I need a new windscreen wiper blade for when the weather ain't that good, haha.

Quite stupid ... accidently bashed my little finger against the door-frame as I was walking through it. Don't try it ... it f*cking hurts!!
