A few have already said it, but I will repeat it...COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY plain and simple

When going through my divorce I visited lots of marriage counseling sites for help. Most marriage counseling sights claim the majority of married men who cheat do so with married women (roughly 90%). So why are all married men put under the accusing spotlight but cheating married women ignored? IMO the media plays a large role in this area. Men are pictured as always on the prowl and women are always pictured as the loving mother/wife who does everything right. If 100 married men are having affairs, 90 of these married men are having affairs with 90 married women. So a thought arises: Either a few married women are having affairs with boat loads of married men or married women are not as honest as society is led to believe and more married women are having affairs then we realize. married ppl have affairs with other married ppl because they imagine it is safer. Being involved with someone single means they would have too much time on their hands to feel lonely and ignored and maybe even make some demands about an outcome for the relationship. Expect you to divorce and marry them. By the way folks we are talking to ourselves here - scroll back the OP has not answered any of us... I don't think he likes what he hears.. Oh well.. |

What if you've been married for many years ( over twenty) and the sex stops ( the wife has no interest or desire) do I go out side for relief . Be safe if course Some people can be 'celibate' for years without thoughts of cheating. It could be something that triggered that feeling of loss of intimacy, and until it is triggered again, it can remain dormant. So...... she is probably not cheating! Be respectful! I understand what you're saying, but when I say "PROBABLY cheating",I know what I'm saying, because I actually KNOW of it happening, seen it ,and hear about,so it still boils down to "probably ",or "probably not",you know, like "half empty, half full"? Wouldn't want you to be the equivalent of the opposite of 'man basher'! If it had been the OP who suspected it and says so in his post (he didn't), I would have said the same thing. Peace, brother! |

No, no, no - the obvious answer is that there are a lot more married women than there are married men, so percentage-wise, the numbers of married women committing adultery are much, MUCH lower. (Please, PLEASE hear the sarcasm I'm using in this post.) I don't know any cheating men. But I know 4 cheating women. So I don't know where you got your figures. |

Be safe if course do you realy love her????how important is she? if the interest has not gone way because of a physical problem then her heart was neglected.... sex means nothing when her heart is not in it....its the little things in life that add up its emotional for women...the sad part is for the guys is all women have to do is show up for him....you want the best possible sex then you have to be there for her the rest of the time..... |

The joke of my earlier post is that most of marriages - probably still in the 99% range - are heterosexual - meaning just as many women are married as men. The numbers of married women are therefore NOT significantly higher than the numbers of married men, and the numbers of cheaters are pretty equal on both sides. It's not funny if I have to explain it! |

Go outside for relief .. Do you mean have an affair or go out in the garden and masturbate . Both are ridiculous options . put some romance back into your relationship |
