Ok guys!!!!! I think I got it figured out!!!
So... Go to the Internet to get into mingle not the app.
I went to this site from Google and in my profile that way I WAS able to upload pics off my phone!!!!!

I am also having trouble uploading pictures unto my page and I cant upload any pictures onto my profile neighter

Welcome, hilpic. If you have double checked to make sure that the photo's file type is either gif, .jpg, or .bmp (the only file kinds that we accept), then keep the following in mind:

When trying to upload images from your device to Mingle2, be sure that the image is within our size restrictions. When it comes to uploading images to a Mingle2 account, the actual file size is almost unlimited. The number of pixels in the image, however, is limited to 10 million. In other words, the product of width times length must not exceed 10000000.
