Yeah ,, I get younger women nudging me. Then quick message about wanting to e mail me.. Yes pretty things local to me, then comes the long scripted letter of them travelling outta country for a sick parent.. Usually Nigeria .. I had some want to borrow small amounts of cash to keep the cell or internet paid up. Just a temporary loan so they can keep up communication with me.. I average 1-2 per week, these week was good , got 3 of them. However they send pics of nice lookin women.bigsmile I f I was so lucky.

I rarely even bother, but really, are the women just that much better at the game? I've usually called them out on their scam by the 2nd or 3rd email, they never even get a chance to ask for money let alone my name because they can't speak or spell. Are my expectations just too high? Hello? what I don't think English or a 5th grade education should be considered big expectations. Especially if you claim to be Mike/John/Jimbo from insert Midwest/Southern/NY State here at age 45-50. slaphead I can't even find a smart scammer to have a little fun with. Who is training these nimrods'? scared I had some guy from Alabama say good morning to me at 4pm in the afternoon, I'm on Texas time. And why are they all sitting in a car, is there some secret club somewhere and a guy with a camera is taking their pics? How do I get a job, because I could do better. frustrated YIKES!
Ok rant over.

I usually get the ones who start out the message with Hi pretty. lol. There is no US or Euro guy that is real who will say that. Then they go into a long thing about how they are sincere and just looking for a nice woman....blah blah blah. They usually give their email and sometimes a phone number. I just delete. There are too many to block and report.

Oh and they do steal pics so they don't often use anime characters. lol

People who use anime pictures in their profile are probably fake.

Oh wait slaphead

At least they're not one of those weirdos that use mutant poodle pics.

Yes...... one thing I have learned from being in Mingles is to spot scammers! Agree with you, Tami, that they really don't bother...mostly copy & paste, MOSTLY....!

But I did have one who was really good.....good English, good sense of humor, good knowledge of his purported line of business, even fake 3rd party website, and a local company here.... but I did my research too, caught his bluff, and the minute he says he is having 'business or money problem', I passed the case on to our cyber crime unit here. Don't know if they ever got the mastermind, but I did what I could.

I miss some of my old scamsters, they don't write as often as they used to...

I wonder if it was my over zealous attitude about launching an invasion and drone attack on the (insert country) government that is oppressing them and teaching them not to mess with sick aunties, grannies and mums. A few thousand dead sends a clear message.
