I have sent a number of emails to women, and I know some have responded, but there are never any emails in my mail box. Why?

Welcome, GOATMAN2. All emails between any two members are grouped in the same thread/place so that the recent history can easily be looked up by either member. So, there is no need for a Sent folder; both oncoming and outgoing messages are under the Mail tab.
