We do want honesty, honestly...BUT we want it upfront. The truth does hurt but it hurts less if we haven't invested anything. So... Give us honesty in the 1st email or text or phone call. NOT 4 dates in when we are actually considering that there might just possibly maybe could be an "us", as in dating long term or oh god, a relationship. That's not the time to "honestly" open up about your not quite divorced, not quite employed, not quite no children, not quite your own hair selves. Good luck...

I'm learning that honesty is not the best policy. I have been straight with women all the way, and it's not gotten me much success. A stud like me should be banging broards every night. So when they say they want honesty, it's a trick, it's just so they can identify us a lot easier and weed us out. And stupidly I've been making it very easy for them by being open and upfront, such as my nature. As lying and sneaking is cowardly and doesn't come naturally to me. But I must compromise unfortunately, they have forced my hand. Oh c'mon Misty. You, I, or no other male ever needed their hand 'forced'.
