Fourteen ways you can avoid paying the Obamacare tax

According to Dr. Omar Hamada, unbeknownst to most, 14 ways, in total, to avoid paying the Obamacare tax penalty for not complying with the federal insurance mandate exist. In fact, one of them is so incredibly ambiguous, just about anyone can get away with not paying the tax.

Hey, that was great but Ben forgot one, just refuse.
sounds easy enough, but im pretty sure they just take it out of your income tax return automatically, so you don't really have a say.

If you were poor enough to be homeless, (method #1) then you're probably already eligible to get health insurance at 100% subsidy. No tax and all the coverage.
