I see one of these...get all sweaty and have tremors. Hihi, I bought a small one for my girl when she was 13-ish. I thought it was quite cute :) But then, I like disco myself. Maybe because I'm a sucker for coloured lites? I remember dancing on these disco floors with transparent tiles, each having different and changing colours. I loved those! Esp since I used to sneak into a pub with a dance floor like that, and no way was I allowed to go into the city centre at that age, let alone in that pub, haha. |

yeah my parents tell me I was born 30 years too late, because of the music I listen too, the cars I like, and the way I think things should be run. Yes I grew up with pogs, funny bones, Alf, Saved by the Bell, And lets not forget Hulk Hogan.

Hey beach I got just a few years on you but I am with you all the way with the music and I also remember the Berlin Wall falling.Just great moments in history.I just love that era Sometimes when I get a rare day off work I put in some music from that era it just makes me feel so good.I learned my values from that time period. So jack.....for you it was Frampton Comes Alive.....boys with Farrah posters....girls with Shaun Cassidy? You nailed it, also I took magic marker and on the back of my levi jacket wrote the band" KISS" across the back, Wow I was to cool for school ...Tons of laughs....Good thread! |
