Hi, I can get the mobile site on my mobile but i can't access certain features. I used to be able to access the desktop site on my mobile but can't get it anymore. Why is this?

Hello, I've tried the link you sent me but it just goes to the mobile site. The biggest problem is I can't access the toolbar at the top of the page. It used to be no problem when I could still access the main site but for some reason I can't access it anymore.
