Welcome comfortlady4u :-) A religious reference, heard many times when I was young. Better to marry than burn in hell for what you are doing. I am guessing they were all married.

Although there are different schools of thought on this verse from 1st Corinthians 7: 9. Some Bibles have translated it 'inflamed with passion' while others would emphatically imply damnation. It has been commonly implied both ways.
