Hi, I'm Bret, SGWM from the United States, Hutchinson Kansas. Mingle still has me registered under my old email which is *****. My new address is *****. I tried to change it but for some reason, the change isn't saved. Would someone please tell me how to change it? Thanks very much. Best, Bret

You cannot change your email and username unless you deactivate your present account and then make another profile using a different username and email address. Those are the rules.

Best, Bret I hope you will take care of this technical issue, however, since you joined Mingle in 2009, I do not understand why would you just ask in a forum rather than contact site's admins here: http://mingle2.com/welcome/contact_us I am sure they would be more than willing and able to help you. So, why would you post your e-mail addresses publicly and risk getting junk mail and/or messages from scammers by providing them on forums? BTW, that also is against the rules! |

Best, Bret Here is where you change the email address: http://mingle2.com/inbox/mail_settings Can I change my user name? Once an account has been created, it is not possible to change its user name. So, in order to get a new user name, you will have to register again. Since we only allow one Mingle2 account per email address, you'll have to use another email address to create the new account. For those who do go this route and register again, be sure to deactivate your older account. http://mingle2.com/welcome/faq_account |
