really in all the world you can find some people who worth your nice talk to them and they make you happy for that and other people don't worth till saying hi to them , whatever their thoughts , beliefs , skin colour or religion ===> in the past i listened to some old phrases like that but really i started to feel of somethings like that in those days ...

just smile at everybody you meet. Make them wonder about themselves.

there are people, over time and observance, who just have a spirit about them that is draining in some way or another and I still show basic respect to those people, but I don't make an effort to engage with them if I don't have to,,,

Sounds like a good advice, but I just can't make myself smile at everyone. I have learned to simply ignore those whom I wouldn't smile at on this forum.

It is a pity that I also ignored some "hi" messages from some people, but how to say that it wouldn't work without hurting their feelings?
Since I do not know an answer to that question, ignoring those messages is the best I can do. Does it make me rude? Smiling back at them can be perceived as a green light, which would only make things worse. I'd rather not waste their time.

Some people ignored my messages and I didn't understand why. I taught that polite message can't be a reason for such a response, or rather a lack of it.
Then I got the messages from people who are too far from me or those who aren't far, but have totally different lifestyle to which it would be too demanding to adjust and not really worth it.

So what did I do?
I remembered that some of my messages were simply ignored and figured out that those who didn't reply might have the same reasons.
If there is no reply or chit-chat suddenly stops, I do not take it personally.

Perhaps I'll even smile at everyone soon. Give it a time. 200 posts and still learning!

Try using something in their profile to aide in convo.

I have purposely shortened my profile to not have seekers.

That's it. Not a match - not a tragedy. I learned to move on and not to look back. It is funny how some people never get it. If I already politely said no, persistant attempts won't change it first into MAYBE and then to YES. So, I also learned how to block those persistant ones.

Me personally,I try to respect everyone as i would like the same in return,but if someone don't respect me,I try my very best to avoid them, but if It seem to difficult,then at some point,you probably going to get no respect from me,I think if we can or when we can,we should try and teach people by example,rather than treating them the way they treat us,lol but I know I can only do it for so long!!

I always thought there where a lot of jaded people on dating site, but thanks the these forums now I know that some of the people here are just down right hateful.

its meaning great and it reflects the tolerance , respect and take the life in an easy way , really i used to do that without thinking of that matter as a wise phrase , just i was doing that as usually i am doing and in another time as you said i use a good way to talk , maybe that Embarrass these people , but not sure if they wonder about themselves or not .... thank you fleta_n_mach :)

usually i try to do that too , and i will not treat them in the same way as they do only by my nature cause i can't change it , also i feel that some of them dont worth my respect but i cant do that , but i will stop my good expectations of others and move on my way , thank you Awatersign :)
