I'm ADDICTED to it! I must have a fan on while I sleep. I'm such a light sleeper, that if I didn't, I'd hear the neighbor's car door slam, hammering across the road, and my dog yawning two rooms down. My brother is the same way.

I know a lot of people who work at night and have to try to sleep during the day find it helpful, but I don't have that excuse. I even have to take a fan with me when I leave home. Who knows if where I'm going they'll have one!

Anyone else have to have music, tv, or other white noise in order to sleep?

Can't do the 14 drinks, makes me not care about noise but the bedspins keep me awake . Personally, though, I can't sleep with any noise whatsoever which drives me nuts as I'm a pretty light sleeper most of the time as well and every little thing will wake me up. Sucks!

God helps me if I ever get a night job. This is strange but if I have a nap during the day,I get up feeling like I've got the biggest hangover..

i sleep easier during the day than i do at night,that's why i'm awake all night.well that and a whole lot of caffine

I have to have radio, tv, ....... quiet wakes me like an alarm.. I haven't grave yard in years, but still have have noise..or a doobie,,,, ..j/k stopped that 2..

I think that being a Mother- gives me the keen sense to

weird ..all 3 of my kids have to have their tv on at night to sleep. I like quiet! though I absolutely cannot sleep with my bedroom door closed.

My needing a fan MAY be an issue...Tom likes it quiet and I've got to have "background" noise. Hmmmm...... He squeezes the toothpaste in the right way, though.....

I run a small fan too, and I HAVE to have the air circulating, no matter how cold it gets.
