I have tried changing my zip code and city and state and it keeps coming up that I entered an unknown zip or postal code. I should know where I live. After all I get mail there and that is my zip code. How can I change this?

After all I get mail there and that is my zip code. How can I change this? Slvrstang_2 I just checked the feature and it worked fine for me. You may need to reboot or clear your cache/cookies. Empty cache instructions: (getting double posts etc.) http://pcsupport.about.com/od/browsers/f/clear-cache.htm Empty cookies instructions: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cookies (I should not say it worked perfectly as it went into limbo after clicking 'Update My Profile' the required 3 times.. had to hit 'cancel' to get out, but it did update the change.) |
