Hi, i deleted a message without reading it first, now it says one unread mail. Is it possible to remove the unread mail notification?

Are you sure the email you deleted is the actual unread mail? Refresh your browser and if that does not work log out then log back into this website see if your mail updates. If all else fails, ask for help through Contact Us at the top of the page.

For the fast cure, do as loovedoove advised and clear your cache (Empty cache instructions: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/browsers/f/clear-cache.htm ) Otherwise, there was a bug a while back that caused this, they fixed it, but clearing your cache will update that..and it clears within 24 hours. So, that unread mail() will go away :-)
