Wait... so are we talking about a world where other people have superpowers too? Because if I'm the only person with superpowers then I'd have to go with Professor Xavier, Wolverine, or Spider-Man. But, I mean, the moment you whip out the claws or the webbing then everyone's going to trip and capture you and do awful things to you. If we're talking about a world where a bunch of other people have powers then I'd probably pick Cable or Magneto. I think about these things.

Okay he's not really a super "hero" per say as he kinda is more of a anti-hero/villain 99% of the time but I gotta say Victor Von Doom. Perfect mix of technology and magic. Plus I would get to talk in third person~ But if it has to be a hero... Gosh... That's a hard one... There's so many amazing heroes!
