.. I have been known ,to be a little demanding.... just a smidge.. . I do my job.. "very well".. so I expect everyone else to as" well" Psst..pssssst.. he's a real S.O.B.. to work with.. I'm not bossy, just confident. A tutor in Uni asked me a question a while ago. He said, 'Franky, do you believe that you are the best student we have got in this whole University'. I replied, 'well that's not a question that I should answer myself, but I must be in the top one'.

I don't consider myself bossy. I'm very independent some may consider that bossy. I consider it a way of life... Sure I'm head strong but you have to be now days... Then on the other hand I know how to let go and have fun..

being bossy depends on the situation. yesterday we had a medical emergency with a client needing emergency services. I received the call at the front desk and started giving orders to everyone in the surrounding area while calling an ambulance; to the guard to go assist at the emergency; to my partner who was frozen with shock, to my supervisor to alert necessary people. so, yes, there are times when one needs to just take control and be bossy to get things done.
