Topic: 30 day ab challenge

So its summer i have decided that im going to tone my body just a little more..

I did the squats challenge for 30 days and i got an onion a rock hard one...

Lets motivate each other and lets get fit..

If you are losing weight or toning then lets post our workouts and challenges...

Will be posting my result pic in 30 days...

Day one...

30 squats
3 reps of wall squats
3 reps of sit ups
1 rep of push ups...tears

K I did 60 squats
2 reps of push ups
3 reps of sit ups

Just did a power walk for 15 mins

4 reps of push ups
4 reps of wall squats
4 reps of free standing squats

I'm feeling amazing good to you all who want to get healthy and sexy....

Last night before I went out...I did 30 squats
2 reps of push ups
2reps of wall ups
And I ended it with a shot of vodka...SALUTdrinks

It's more like I'm trying to lose a few inches around the waist (I don't have much extra but it's not as slim as I like to be).

For me it's going to be mostly an increase in cardio vascular activity, as well as the usual home exercises I do.

Not sure about pics though :p

Stomach muscles don't suit women. Women should do gymnastics or aerobic exercises.

step one for me... I finally put the bacon potato chips down..
well let me tell ya that was hard..lol..
.. tomorrow I will work on lifting one leg off the couch... baby steps..lol.

In the last 6 months I have done over 60.000 setups but I work out for hours at the gym every other day.... Some times every day...but I have been working out for a few years now..i need to be in shape for what's to come..
