In the last 6 months I have done over 60.000 setups but I work out for hours at the gym every other day.... Some times every day...but I have been working out for a few years now..i need to be in shape for what's to come..

I am new here but I found this topic interesting so I might as well join the chitchats. Since I started working out last year it has become my routine. My day is not complete if I don't workout. Right now I am doing tae bo. I want to have sexy abs hehehe. good luck to me!

That's awesome you can do it....it's weird once you stop you feel like you are cheating yourself....well I am back to my squats 30
I did 3 reps of push ups
2 reps if wall sit ups
2 reps of floor sit ups
I lost 2 inches on my waist....:)

step one for me... I finally put the bacon potato chips down..
well let me tell ya that was hard..lol..
.. tomorrow I will work on lifting one leg off the couch... baby steps..lol.

Its realy inspiring just hearing about you guys workouts,i used to workout religiously just a few years back and ive gotton LAZZY,,only thing i do is walk alot,but am getting back into it though,and i was whondering if the low reps situps and pushups works,its better than doing nothing for sure but i dont think the low rep would work for me,never tried it though,but good luck and stay fit:thumbsup: :thumbsup:

I used to do hard core bodybuilding and think muscles on a woman were attractive but now I prefer a fit amazon physique ... Much more feminine and sexcy.
Lol i totaly agree,,i guess a LITTLE muscle on a woman aint.bad,but ive seen some that realy take it to the extreme and god knows they freak me the hell outwhoa ,some of their veins are SO BIG lol,i think their the ones that take HGH ectwhoa

It's good to do any exercise...for me I have always maintained a certain look but I want to see if I can push myself harder and see where it leads....

I just like the feeling of accomplishment I get afterwards....it's a high all on its own...:)

Do what gives you purpose...it's all about attitude...

I worked hard and played hard this weekend ....its a good thing i made good choices in my diet this week.....headed to a friends in a few...im going to have pure alcohol to cut down on my calories....its my day off tomorrow ....drinks drinks
