I feel the same about short men. I've dated them pretty much my whole life. And they're not "short" but they are for us tall ladies. I'm about 5'11" with shoes, which when you're dating a guy who's 5'7" or 5'8" it can be a bit different.
I agree in the sense that it would be nice, but not mandatory to find a guy taller than me! Oh and my luck with younger guys isn't good, I always try for the older... but end up with younger, lol. It's weird, huh? |

yes, they look at you like a complete moron and say..."how tall are you?" and then of course "Do you/did you play basketball?"

My son is 6'6" and he gets aggravated when we are standing in line at a fast food place or anywhere and someone looks at him and says, wow you are tall, then follows it up with the how tall and do you play basketball questions. He said he thinks it is really rude of them. He says he don't look down on them and say..gee "how short are you" or "gee how much do you weigh". He said he sees no difference. I think he has a point.

Like a couple of us girls at work are all around six foot and we were standing together one day and someone walked by and said "damnnnn...do they hire you guys by the foot around here". It was a shorter man and I think as tall women we sometimes intimidate shorter men.?! |
