had an interesting walk this morning.. came face to face with a wolf!! well.. there WAS a good 100 feet between us.. I have enough sense not to get any closer!! and he had enough sense not to follow as me'n Xena backed off slowly and headed home!!

the birds are starting to chirp again.. good sign SPRING is on it's WAY! I keep looking to the sky though.. for the V formations to start appearing... when the geese arrive is when I KNOW spring is finally here!

Loving our weather we're having. Feels like spring has arrived.

we're at HUMP day.. again.. is it just me or does time seem to be zipping by

there was a time I couldn't WAIT to get into the Pub.. every hour of every day.. I had friends here, family, HOPE!
please don't get me wrong.. I love all of you newbies that have come in and posted in recent times..
but I've been around a VERY long time (as have a few of my other familia ) but now that the scammers/fake/predators have discovered our forums.. it makes it harder to feel safe and carefree... it's simply not as enticing as it used to be..

we had castles, dragons and champions.. with kings and sorceresses.. but no one seems to be bringing their imagination any more.. no more evenings spent around the giant hearth, exchanging stories of adventures OR making new ones..

I get that life gets in the way.. people get distracted by the outside world.. making their own way.. forgetting there's a place in life for hope and fantasy, dreams.. and FUN!

we had something magical.. connecting people from all walks of life, every corner of the globe just about.. forging a unity/bond in the creation..

I miss that world.. moreso because of the current situation with online 'dating' sites.. the bullies have hit the playground.. and it seems the regular kids are hiding in huddles.. scared to speak out for fear of retaliation.. or is it just because.. it's too much trouble!?!

personally.. I'm just a lil fed up of being one of the few standing up to them by reporting'em!

I've mentioned this before.. some time ago.. that they were invading the forums.. but no one seems to care much.. cuz now? they're here in droves!

it's sad when we let someone else dictate, how we appreciate life's simple pleasures!

Hi (((sis))), yep it isn't the way it use to be. It's so sad that there are so many fake/scammers etc out there. I remember coming into the pub and karma forgetting to put up the just polished sign and I'd go sliding across the floor. Or playing in the room with the Velcro on the walls and all our new patios we had to make.

Hope things are going good for you and you aren't working Europe again. Miss ya and can't wait to come up to visit again.

be careful what you wish for!! tupid me I wanted 2015 to be THE year I won $1,000,000.00.... but I DIDN'T mean I wanted to WORK for it! holy hanna but I'm buried under work!! I know it sounds like I'm complaining.. but in reality.. I'm LOVIN the non-stop work.. the only complaint I DO have is WHY the FLOCK do they wait until that LAST MINUTE, then want everything done YESTERDAY!!!!!!!! well.. at least I get a 1/2 day off for Easter on April 3rd.. oh joy!
