Hey friends which team you are supporting lets discuss ??

Well I will be routing for England but I am old enough to know that they will flatter to deceive as always. We have no class players are negative and boring. My dough is on Argentina and Messi to get the golden boot. predictable, yes but it matters more when there's money on it!!
thats what watching England's like,lol |

England! But yeh, I change my team every 4 years haha.

Kudos to England but my money is with Brazil.

Well I definitely think its between Brazil and Argentina but like I said previously the cash is on Argentina.Germany or Spain could be a threat but no european team as ever won the world cup in South America. Also the politics of Brazil, that is major corruption could yet get in the way of a succesful tournament. The English media is full of reports of working class protests etc.I don't blame them (the protestors) if the stories are correct. I know we should keep politics out of sport if at all possible , but we are talking about peoples lives. Sepp Blatter also has a lot to answer too!!

I' love Argentina and Messi for the golden boot. Yep Iv'e had cash on both although Higuain could have a say in the golden boot. Can't see England qualifying now. They weren't bad against Italy, just not good enough!! |

Yeah! I love good football that's why I support the guys that has gooten those samba dance steps. I'm tipping Brazil to get to at least the semis of the competition, the squad is pretty young, energetic, and has depth in terms of the quality they have on the bench, as a matter of fact, their bench can make up some country's world cup squad. They have been together for a while now and I am very sure that they would go places with their experienced coach and players. Home advantage will also come to play too..

I watched Brazil against Mexico last night. Don't no about samba, a slow waltz more like. They were awful.Could a european team actually win in South America? Germany and Holland have been good so far!!

Spain out!
That was unexpected. They seemed so strong and this time they got demolished. The goals they conceded in the first two matches was more than they usually concede in the whole tournament. I guess we will have a new World champ this time. It would be nice to see how Spain performs and prepares for the next tournaments. |

Well England haven't let me down, i said they wouldn't get through and it looks like I was right. Haven't seen as much football as I would have liked because of work but i have been told Germany look good. Still think Argentina myself but that's because there's money on it.

I'm German so naturally I support them. So glad they demolished the Portuguese, Ghana and the 'Muricans are no real threat.

I would just be happy if members of the U.S. media would correctly spell the names of the nations involved.
Earlier on June 20th, FOXNews.com misspelled "Colombia" when reporting the score of the game that took place among Group C. |

I watched the Germany - Ghana game. No threat hey, you nearly ended up with egg on your face(a UK saying). I can enjoy the rest of the world cup now our overated overpaid bunch of classless and clueless team are already out. I also watched the Argentina-Iran game, thats what class is all about. Messi is quite simply a genius. Even my 74 year old mother said "anyone else would have blasted it over the bar but not him". No one else even comes Klose (see what I did there)!!
