They claim Gemini is represented by twins. Some believe its an indicator of two facedness(probably not a word), and other like myself think it may be related to two 'sides' that seem at least slightly contrary to one another,,,

I know the latter is true about myself, in that I am conservative in mannerisms and values on the one hand


yet they are not RIGID

and as a result, I would be considered by many to be 'liberal' in my attitude towards others,,,,

It causes me to be a lover of the spoken and printed word, especially on sites like this one.

I have found Gemini, both male and female to be very interesting people. I don't know if I've really noticed the twin nature thing. But they do seem to want to date more than one person at a time.

As a male Gemini, I have the complete dual personalities, as I'm sure many have noticed with different times I post. With that being said though, I also was the twin that survived birth. My actual twin sister did not as she was stillborn. So often, I have wondered if I had gotten part of her personality as though I have felt that I sometimes I feel like I view things from a womanly perspective instead of my typical male self. I also was raised with a more conservative lifestyle, but have a tendency to be considered liberal with some lifestyle choices I've made. Guess maybe part of the reason why I'm a Libertarian.

Can say though only one time have I cheated on a girlfriend. I actually only had done it out of spite, since she was cheating on me while I was out of the country. Funny thing was, she was a Gemini also. So I don't believe that comment about male Gemini's tending to wanna date other people at the same time. As since that time I've been monogamously faithful in every relationship I have had. Even the two other relationships that my partners had stepped out on me, I remained faithful. As I learned two wrongs don't make it right, and doesn't help you feel any better.

I'm a Gemini and I don't feel I have a twin personality as such. Most of my closest friends are Geminiis. There are a cluster off us. We can be pretty deep at times, but we can be pretty silly also.

We're not quite sure what you are talking about.

My rising sign is Gemini, sunsign Taurus. I do however have an awful lot in common with Gemini, in a way more so than with Taurus.
This in itself creates even more duality, as Taurus is almost the opposite of Gemini.

I also have this duality in me, one extreme to the next, sometimes subtles, sometimes less so. I even called my webshop "SpiritDuality" at the time, hihi.

I think it's also to do with my Chinese sign (Horse), which is very much like Gemini and also the opposite of a Taurus.

The most extreme example of inner contradictions I can give is that I'm extremely spiritual and intuitive, do readings, healings (both ppl, plants, ground/area etc), so I feel totally at home amongst spiritual ppl and in spiritual settings.
But I also don't go amiss in a BDSM club, and feel just as much at home and comfortable there as I would in a spiritual centre.

I totally can relate: My mother was a Gemini, I was married to a Gemini, two of my best friends are Gemini, and my son is a Gemini!. Phew! Its hard work.
