I'm glad work is over for today. Tomorrow's is going to be a looong day, and Thursday even more tiring... but at least productive...

Regardless of whether the little girl had a friend sleeping over or not, surely her parents knew they'd be heard. I know the two girls were laughing about it, but once something is etched in your memory, it can get to you in later life. It can make you become bitter towards it. I don't blame her, if she wants to walk away from her parents for that. There's a time and a place for doing certain things. I wouldn't be shocked if she ends up needing therapy. Whether she will ever forgive her parents for it is another matter.

Thinking things make you smile when you least expect. For the first time ever someone told me I have cute feet. Abd even though it's a crazy mixed up day, I can smile knowing after work I'm meeting up with my best friend of thirty years and we're hanging out at the pool and hot tub. And to think when we first met in 7th grade she thought I was a biotch and I thought the same of her.
