People are idiots!

They will blindly vote (after massive media programming) to have themselves taxed and monitored, forced to pay for the very air they breathe, or exhale, while corporations continue to pollute, dump, waste, and obligate the people to pay or take responsibility for THEIR actions (or inaction's).

Much like the rights we have so loyaly conceded to those who are ONLY looking out for our best interests.....

What a bunch of idiots! That fart will cost you a buck! Be sure not to breathe! That's extra!

But we're just doing our part!

So they don't have to.....or take responsibility for it.... by blaming it on US! As usual!

So......How many bankers are in jail for the recession we lost our jobs, homes, and savings in, while paying to bail them out!

Wall street rakes it in! The FED continues to throw money at them on our credit card! Do you feel better off now? Are you better off for it?

How about that "safety" you gave your rights up for? Feel safer?

You must! Our POTUS just released 5 of those who would gladly kill us.... and have.... back into our world! Others (with a Taliban HQ in their country) will monitor them for us..... while OUR NSA monitors US and our soldiers, sons, and daughters, continue to die fighting them for you!

But no worries..... the VA will take care of them when they come home maimed and ravaged by war.... living on the streets and enjoying the freedoms in the country they fought for!

Not just idiots! FOOLS!

How proud we must all be of ourselves!

It wasn't a direct affront, or a quoted opinion. It was a generalization..... a question we ALL must ask ourselves!

A reality to our foolishness!

Fools keep electing millionaire lawyers, liars, and idiots based on sponsored media propaganda

Climate Change

Lines of Evidence: Greenhouse Gases

www.youtube.com/watch?v=3JX-ioSmNW8

How do we know that greenhouse gasses lead to warming?

As early as the 1820's, scientists began to appreciate the importance of certain gases in regulating the temperature of earth.

Green house gases which include water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide act like a blanket covering the earth, trapping heat in the lower atmosphere, known as the troposphere.

Green house gasses are critical for keeping the planet warm enough to support life as we know it.

Here's how the greenhouse effect works:

As the sun's energy hits earth, some of it is reflected back to space, but most of it is absorbed by land and oceans.

This absorbed energy is then radiated upward from the surface of the earth in the form of heat.

In the absence of greenhouse gasses this heat would simply escape to space, and the planet's average surface temperature would be well below freezing.

But greenhouse gases absorb and redirect some of this energy downward, keeping heat near the surface of earth.

As concentrations of heat trapping greenhouse gasses increase in the atmosphere, earth's natural greenhouse effect is amplified like having a thicker blanket, and surface temperatures slowly rise.

Reducing the levels of greenhouse gasses in the atmosphere would cause a decrease in surface temperature.

Not quite true. Evidence found in ice cores show that as temperature changes the amount of "green house gasses" follow the temperature. This means that we have little to do with climate change. That is also a reduntant statement since Climate is the study of chage in the weather so Climate change could also be called change change. Remember the 1970's? Then we were facing another iceage because of freon and aerosols. Average temps haven't changed in about 10 years. Mt St Helens put more greenhouse gas in the atmosphere than man has in the last 400 years.

Please correct me if I misquote the following. I think it was Benjamin Franklin who said, "Those who give up their freedom for security deserve neither."

It's been getting cooler for 18 years more lies from the elitists who want to bring on more taxes

Hey the best lies money can buy. Isn't it amazing how these "so-called" scientist would rather lose their integrity than their free hand outs, "grant money".

Oh, so very true. The climate cycle of this planet, we are currently in one of the cooling cycles, expected to last between 30 to 40 years which means we can expect from 12 to 22 more years of cooling.

Yes, it was Franklin and the exact quote was:

They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

Salmon migrate by truck during California drought

news.yahoo.com/salmon-migrate-truck-during-california-drought-143454920.html

In drought-stricken California, young Chinook salmon are hitting the road, not the river, to get to the Pacific Ocean.

Millions of six-month-old smolts are hitching rides in tanker trucks because California's historic drought has depleted rivers and streams, making the annual migration to the ocean too dangerous for juvenile salmon.

"The drought conditions have caused lower flows in the rivers, warmer water temperatures, and the fish that would normally be swimming down the rivers would be very susceptible to predation and thermal stress," said Kari Burr, fishery biologist with the Fishery Foundation of California.

whoa

There's NOTHING UNUSUAL about fish swimming along the interstate in trucks during their migration to the ocean. It sure seems a whole lot less stressful and might even ensure more make it all the way to their destination.

My question is... how are they caught and brought back to their spawning grounds?

From a story published by CNN Money:

... This comes on the heels of the World Bank announcement last week that it was cutting its prediction for the United States and the broader world economy. Many expect Federal Reserve policymakers to do the same downward revision when they meet this week.

What went wrong?

Blame it on the deep freeze that caused a very weak start to 2014.

"In the early part of the year, as a harsh winter conspired with other factors... momentum faded in the U.S economy," the IMF said.

Global warming alarmists tell us that a mild winter in the USA is the result of man-made global warming.
So, what do they tell us when the USA has a harsh winter, a particularly bad deep freeze?

They are expected to make it back to spawn on their own. Some are caught and used to create fingerlings to rebuild stocks. They generally spawn during snowmelt so the streams have more water.

What the alarmists say really doesn't matter. But what the scientists say (that I have explained to you more than once) is that heat causes instability. The rising air creates a deep draw from the polar regions that causes periods of colder weather in some areas. Weather is not climate.

Consensus isn't scientific. Neither is a non-falsifiable hypothesis.
