So I've been dating for awhile, been talking to a few guys but didn't feel ready to fall in love or have a relationship. I met this guy about a month ago and he totally threw me off. I am excited and scared and happy and frustrated all at the same time. I feel stupid, every song makes me think of him, every time my phone goes off I hope it's him and if its not Im disappointed. I haven't felt this way in about 12 years and I am terrified and elated. I'm ready to fall in love again, but scared to open up for the pain that can come with falling...UGH lol

That's cool. The problem that I see with a lot of people is that they just aren't open to something like that happening and they go on and on about what they want and how they want it to be. The older we get, the more set in our ways we get and meeting someone different and unexpected does bring excitement back into your life. Had a woman once telling me that I made her feel like a schoolgirl and I think that that's what that's about.

I think a lot who may have been abused, are so careful about checking out character traits of their next lover. And really you can't blame them. As long as you're happy enough with him, then the rest will happen naturally. Good luck.
