last year around this time i was homeless looking for work and finding nothing...my sister who lives in the same town i did wouldnt let me stay with her not becasue she didnt have room but to teach me a lesson, finally when i got on my feet she couldnt understand why i was so angery, would any of you let your sibling become homeless?, my sister is the type shes right no matter what and just recent did something again that set my anger off . when i got my disability they held onto a copy of my birth certificate, this i know as a fact, now thatwhat i really needed it because my living arrangements require it by oct 1st, they dont have it they gave it back to me..they said like everything else this is what angers me freinds>>if i dont get this information to section 8 houseing program by oct 1st my rent will be 687.00 instead of 187.00 i called my sister left a message she never called me back to even let me know whetether they found it or not... they wanted to argu with me about giving it back to me ... am i justified in being angery?

Maybe yes, maybe no about your sister not letting you stay with her, but it's probably too complicated to go into here. As for your birth certificate, hell yes, I'd be pissed. You may not be able to resolve it soon enough with your sis. There are places you can get a birth certificate overnighted to you, I've had to do it before. It's around 20-30 bucks but I think it's probably going to be necessary. I'll see if I can find the place I used and send you their website.

I think you are more than justified in being angry. But this is your family and nothing is more important. I have a sister who has nothing to do with the rest of the family, didn't even come to my father's memorial service when one of my brothers said he'd pay for the trip. I am not really angry about it but upset that she would not or could not put her feelings aside for that.

Family will screw you over faster than anyone else. I'd be pissed off too. What goes around comes around my friend. Just keep your head up, stay positive, take the right steps, and everything will work out in the end. You just learned another lesson in life; take note.

I guess I just got lucky. I have the greatest family ever and they would support me through thick and thin...and I would do the same for them. Hope everything works out for you!

You have every right to be pissed, I know I would be. There were years that I didn't talk to my sisters. Thank God that is no longer the case. I get along great with them now, but that was not always the case. Your sister had no right to treat you like that, for that I am sorry. I hope you can get a copy by the 1st.
