Like I said before, I am terribly shy and all the women i ever met from chat sites got issues.. I am so shy that i cant just approach a woman i see sitting by herself next to whole foods.. sighs.. sorry about the whining again but i cant take it anymore.. i dont know what to do

OK, I can't take it anymore. Quit your whining, cause it's making my crackers soggy for the cheese.
I myself am a shy guy also, and also have Bipolar Disorder, so obviously I don't have that great of self-esteem either. You don't hear me whining about not being able to get a date. Think you need to quit worrying about finding a woman to date, and work on you 1st. Get your self-esteem up, get yourself grounded in what you're doing in life. There are soooo many more important things in life than dating. Take the time to work on you, and I'm positive that the right woman will take notice. Girls might like that emo-sardonic crap, but women don't. Now quityerbitching, and quit looking for women to date now!

Scoob, I think you rock. For the advice you give and for being positive and outgoing. I've always liked your sense of humor when I read your comments. Even more admirable after reading what you shared on this post.

I noticed what you are eating 'and it looks good! is it.. then ask her, if she has eaten here before'. and might she recommend something. for you to try.. you want to try to show interest in them.. but not directly.. they don't like direct.. oh sure sure they say they do.. but trust me they don't.. they like clever. they like thoughtfulness.. they like attention to detail. but they shut down when your direct with them.. at least that's what I've noticed.. okay that's what I've read in a book..
