Welcome, sho463. We're looking into this matter. It seems that it doesn't work for a handful of accounts, which is odd.

My IM chat window has a line going down through the center of it so that the entire message cannot be viewed, in other words it is only showing half of the window.

Having increasely difficult time sending messages. Have to send as many as 10 to 20 times, before it works.
