Would you rather live in a world where everyone was brutally honesty
ALL OF THE TIME or In a world, where Everyone is nice ALL OF THE TIME. I would take the honesty, but only in terms of me asking! I don't want anyone's unsolicited " truth". honestly!

I find that some people go so far out of their way to be nice, that they fail to be honest. While, others in their " quest" to be honest, fail to adhere to tact and respect. |

I agree.
Its just as easy to say 'your weight is not healthy for you' as it is to say 'you're a fat a$$' I mean, there are so many words to choose from in the English language to get across whatever message we are trying to get across..lol |

I agree. Its just as easy to say 'your weight is not healthy for you' as it is to say 'you're a fat a$$' I mean, there are so many words to choose from in the English language to get across whatever message we are trying to get across..lol hahaha.. So very true, I have 1 friend who will say " unhealthy weight" and the other " You're a fat A$$, what happened" I need new friends

Reminds me of "The Invention of Lying" where people can't lie. Favorite bit, what thay called a nursing home "A sad place where people go to die" Honesty may always be the best policy, but it's not always the kindest. |

If I'm wearing a very unflattering dress, boyfriend's may say " Babe, you look fine" My Best friend would say " Honey, you have better dresses, this one is not flattering" I've now avoided being laughed at talked about beind me back.. Well, at least about my dress!  |
