Well if what you have up is not getting you the result you want I would suggest changing a lot of your profile.

You are a really pretty petite woman with when you use it; a really engaging smile. Nice hair, nice make up skills. Don't know what kind of manufacturing you do but generally that suggests a good work ethic something you don't mention as a profession which is a missed opportunity.

Your lead in phrase is angry and confrontational to men. NOBODY wants to pay for the sins of another before they get in the door.

I think the pictures you are using are killing this profile. You get 30 seconds for someone to scan across pictures and none of them say I am glad to see you. If you are not comfortable putting up a lot of pictures at least put up some pictures of things you like. I hate having my picture more than most but you have to relax and think happy thoughts so that comes in to the vibe of the pictures you take. It takes a lot to intimidate me but I find myself thinking dang this lady is mad at the world. The adults I would guess are family but take away from the focus that should be you; even suggest inadvertently, you have a man and girlfriend from the poses. Why you would not put up a least one full length photo seems like you just want honest guys who are NOT looking for a barbie doll, to skip over you. Sad because you fall well with in the normal range. I would make certain I capitalized on the fact that your modest height makes it possible to date great guys that are not King Kong. I don't think you have to do any thing cheesy just nice outdoor shot in a feminine dress or nice blouse and slacks with better shoes heels if you wear them; something you might wear to mass.

I truly can not believe that a mature woman does not have a single interest. Nice guys look for safe topics to start a polite letter around but if you give them nothing to work from they will look and drift away. Think things that would be suitable for a date or upbeat conversation. You don't have to be and expert at it.

I understand your pain of frustration with scammers and other nafarious types but my guess is you probably have a preference for a type of guy you want; out doors, sports fan, family guy, maybe a church volunteer or someone who would like to share local sites? Just a few words can get good guys across the digital divide.

And posting in forums does get you seen by the nice people that not only post but read posts which many of the people local to you will see you and oh yea that is that nice lady from the forums. You can block the scammer yahoo's the minute they ask you to go off site or say something stupid you would not expect a gentleman to say at a public gathering.
