Don't think Location has a lot to do with it if the number of Africans showing up in threads and IMing is proportional to number of bachelors seeking. Unless the difference in tolerance in northern and southern Africa factors in. Big continent and don't know how you limit your search criteria.

Definitely think your picture is killing you.

Sad because you look like you are well proportioned petite lady. Might be you look taller than you are. A lot of guys back out if they guess you are taller than they are. Might want to stand by something that subtly tells your height.

Not sure why you want to cover all your hair but it would add a more feminine appearance if you showed it in your lead shot if not just to look healthy and well kept.

The lead shot you have is ok as a back up shot As a lead shot it appears you are trying to be deceptive not to put up a photo smiling with no shades. The body language in the photo is really masculine. Tough for an athlete which is fine to feature with a prop of your favorite sport. Also a great conversation starter. Pictures on your profile that tell a story are very helpful in generating replies.

Bad thing about selfies you always look like your arms are distorted and making a fist. Hands up on the hip is to most an aggressive stance too. Shades make you look like a thug to some. The tank top with a skirt and girly shoes or sandles in full length shot would be really good but alone looks like a muscle shirt. Colors compliment your skin tones. Add a string of beads or a pretty cross or ear rings would feminize the appearance even in the same top if you did it as a waist up shot filling in 70% of the frame. Play around with the zoom feature on your phone.

Your text of your profile starts off with a negative vibe and it pretty much carries through. Are you really "Tired' can't see love anywhere,"hate", and good at attracting perverts? Did you realize your first three sentences started with "I"? Are you "God fearing" or follow his instruction in your life? That you are 31 never married but have children in the home might shy a few people away. If you are raising a sibling or adopted child you are a hero but still some stigma to never married parents. Men who are marriage minded are going to notice that. That you are soon to graduate is hopeful but stating how you are employed would create a positive. Lot of unemployed web designers.

Not sure if you've heard of the saying "Like attracts like", but more often than not, it's spot on. If you're wanting to attract a thug rapper type, then leave it as is, as that's how you come across. Though I'm not sure what kind you really want. Remove any negativity. Add some humor. Talk about life goals. Be presentable. Just a few hints, really. Good luck ;)

I'm simply saying to treat others with kindness. I would hope someone would treat u with more respect than u gave her. She was looking for constructive criticism. U just insulted her and laughed. Be sweet is all I'm saying. We are all friends.
