I agree their should be an anti anchor baby law of some kind, or a law requiring that a mother is a US citizen or legally married to one The U.S. Constitution would have to be amended in order for that to happen. Perhaps there could be a law that forbids a pregnant foreign woman from legally entering the USA. When are you going to start making sense? Mr. I have a pen, could rubberstamp a law. He had already said he could and would. Ya better make sure you run that through yer fake fact blurb.

We the people don't have that power. Demand the recall and firing of those who are supposed to be making my sure Federal laws are being enforced. BTW, 3 years ago, numbersusa said there were 30 million illegal. Hussein stopped corporate raids, investigation of reports on small businesses and construction sites. they can't win elections without the illegal vote...

Folks, when George W. Bush was POTUS, federal immigration agents raided meat-packing facilities in Nebraska and removed several illegal immigrants as a result. Afterwards, Nebraska's Republican governor complained to Bush about the raids. So, how did Bush respond? He gave the governor a job in Bush's administration, and I am not mistaken, the raids stopped.

It's better than denying medical treatment.

What it will stop is our having to extend welfare and WIC benefits.

Arks parents were not here illegally,,,so the details are a bit different,,, the provision of 'under the jurisdiction of' can still be further defined by congress,, right if the parents are here legally it is an entirely different story...even if it is just a temp. visa to work...they at least did what they needed to do to make it legal! Actually the sooner we place immigrants on work visas and require they be employed to remain here, the sooner they will contribute to the tax base rather than bleed it
