I'm thinking how screwed I am. I hit a deer on the way to work smashed my car good, I work 1 hr from work now I don't have a way to get there. I also found out 2 days ago my dad is in icu and that's not looking very good. I just had dental surgery and found out today I need to go back for another wisdom tooth. Troubles, troubles, troubles,I got to try to lay my head down and sleep, stress... stress.... stress....Thank the good lord I have faith. Reminds me of the time I hit a deer. I feel it was a fair trade. I killed the deer and it killed my radiator. Hope the relative in ICU comes out ok. As far as work goes you can always walk, get a cab or take a bus if available. If you have a bike you could ride it to work. Just saying you do have options. Maybe not ones you want to use. But you do have options. I also hope you can get that tooth taken care of.

Thanks everybody for the good thoughts. @Izzy I live deep in the country and its 50 miles to work but no worries I have faith and maybe karma will roll my way soon.

I'm thinking you feel bad. imagine how that poor Deer feels... sorry for your troubles though buddy! sometimes the universe bite,s you hard... Thank you buddy, I do feel bad about the deer I always fear driving down that dark road at night, its in the country and there's a lot of deer hit there, I realize it could have been worse. I always pray before I get on that road to miss all animals, seeing that deer broke my heart but know I have to deal with whats left.Tough people out last tough times. I'm more concerned about my dad.Life tries to hit you hard all at once but you just have to keep moving forward. Owww ... that's a load of bad luck :( I hate killing/hurting animals, always makes me cry. If it happens, I hope they're dead, so at least they're not in pain and have to die a slow death. Sorry about your dad and shite about your car and work.

I lost my sister 2 years ago then my dad last year. and now a separation. the hits just keep on coming.. but hey we pull up are boots and keep on going "right" just "keep on blowing into that positive bubble... it always gets better sooner or later.. sending a prayer for your dad though My heart goes out to both of you, Jack and No1phD. Seems like everything bad comes in 3's sometimes. I've been in your shoes, so I understand. My thoughts and prayers are headed your way, and I really do have faith that all things are surmountable and that we truly are given the strength needed to be able to progress through them.
