So many that I have talked to here on mingle seem to say the same things. I can't find anyone. This site is a flop. No one on here talks to me so I will be alone forever. I always wonder if they're limiting themselves to online dating and even more strictly limiting themselves to just this site? Don't get me wrong I love mingle especially the forums, but to me meeting people in person is still the best way to go. Put yourself out into the world but don't limit yourself. Think about the type of partner you want. Where might you find this type of person? At what events? Say you want someone who loves animals. A good place to find that person? How about a dog park? Or a pet store. Opportunities are everywhere. You just got to go get em!

What if I want a really good looking female nudist who will let me take pictures of her and sell them on the internet? Maybe I can find one craig's list. lol

I agree with you all the way. Its not hard to tell I like dogs because my 110 lb yellow lab is always in my back seat. The supermarket also is a favorite place, women are smart they will look in your cart and can tell if your bachelor by what your buying.LOL

Actually It makes perfect sense. Think of how easy the shoot would be. She's already naked. All she has to do wonder around the house a pose. lol

Back off izzy's topic and back on topic.

I do not even nudge those that nudge me, hardly ever, unless I know them from the forums.

If not for the forums this would just be a regular old dating site.

Sporting goods department stores???? Now you're pushing it! I don't give care for sports or sporting goods, having to go shopping to possibly meet a man, cool. But a sporting goods store?? noway
Plus when a man's mind it set to anything related to sports, you can run around naked, they wouldn't even notice you.

I worked in a sporting goods department for three years. Had no problem getting noticed...fully clothed too! Crystal, A beautiful smile can turn anyones head but if for some reason it didn't, just get creative! Anyway the point is knowing what type of partner you want and where you might go to "bump" into that type. I'm interested in getting manacures but I'm not gonna find my type at a nail salon!

It's easier for me to approach women on here than it is in person. Now my main obstacle is finding a woman in my area who is willing to meet me. 4 months and still nothing. You need to pay to use other dating sites. And I refuse to pay by card.

well, if you do, don't forget to cancel if need be --->
I found out yesterday, by accident, that some f*****@(#(@#_@*$_@)($+@_)$+A%#%$ dating-site I once paid for, has been withdrawing money since May. My fault, I should've paid more attention. But I thought (was convinced) it was a one them 1 time payment for x amount of time (seen that before). I was livid, over 200 euros down the @*&$#)$&# drain! Half a holiday in the UK :( Still angry, lol. And I hope I still got their confirmation email so I can check whether they're screwing me over or not.
At the time I just wanted to check out that site with full membership, think I logged in twice?

( And like many dating-sites, there was NO way to get in touch? I phoned them, one of them nr that cost extra money - of course -. I got an answering machine telling me they couldn't answer at this time blarblarblar)
I sent them a realy nice email (the pen is mightier than the sword and my pen can be lethal explode explode explode )
Within 5 mins I had a reply that they were going to be nice and refund the last two payments.
But I still ain't happy. That amount of money (E235) could've gotten me about half a week in the UK tears tears tears

Exactly! People need to get out and meet others. Online dating should be an addition way of meeting others, not the only way.
