Mistakenly i clicked on block user link when i try to send my message to my friend .:-( now i can't able to send and recieve any message from her please guide me how to unblock the user please

Go to your mail, click blocked users, find her username and click the box in front of it, and click remove block.

Click on 'Remove block' to the right of their name. OR, click on 'Unblock selected'.
